- General Manager (Telecom / IT / Civil): Initial Basic Pay Will Be Rs. 100000 in E7 Grade Plus Other Allowances As Per Rules
- Manager (Finance): Initial Basic Pay Will Be Rs. 60000 in E3 Grade Plus Other Allowances As Per Rules
- Deputy Manager (Telecom / IT / Civil): Initial Basic Pay Will Be Rs. 50000 in E2 Grade Plus Other Allowances As Per Rules
- Asstt. Manager (Telecom / IT / Civil): Initial Basic Pay Will Be Rs. 40000 in E1 Grade Plus Other Allowances As Per Rules

Educational Qualification: Candidates Having Following Degree Are Eligible To Apply

- CA / CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).

Age Limit: Post Wise Age Limit is As Under –
- General Manager: 50 years
- Manager:45 years
- Deputy Manager: 40 years

Relaxation in Maximum Age for Reserved Category Candidates i.e. For SC / ST / OBC / PwD / Ex-Servicemen & Other Reserve Category Candidates Will Be As Per Government of India Rules & Guidelines.
